About the Role

Job Overview:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the candidate experience. Your goal is to find top-tier IT professionals who align with our company culture and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other tech roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up with candidates and internal teams.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage recruiting tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and databases to manage and track the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technology trends, skills, and certifications to effectively evaluate candidates.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates and assist in the onboarding process.
Maintain positive candidate relationships and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

    • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on IT or technical roles.

    • Familiarity with technical terminology, IT roles, and emerging trends in the technology industry.

    • Experience using recruiting tools, job boards, and social media to source candidates.

    • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

    • Familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods for technical candidates.

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting for IT or software development companies.

  • Strong understanding of technical skills, such as programming languages, software development methodologies, and network technologies.

  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing and headhunting.
